If you're skeptical about the 5-Star rating that PuroClean has on Google - DON'T BE! I'm positive they absolutely earned each and every review! We had a leak in our roof that caused water damage in our home. Their product manager Raquel was thorough and transparent about all the work that would need to be done. Stephanie is a freaking rockstar Coordinator! She responds immediately and covers all of your concerns/questions. Bri and Honor came to do the demolition, mitigation, and cleanup. Hands down the most professional, courteous, and friendliest people I have had do work for us. They do everything they can to make this stressful time less so. I cannot recommend PuroClean enough. We will absolutely be calling them if we ever need this type of work again! ~ Matthew R

I have just completed Phase 1 of I don’t know how many phases I’m going to have with PuroClean! Last Saturday night I came home to a broken water tank with water everywhere in my modular home in EG. I called Amica & they said they would have a team here immediately. In an hour Brie & Honor were working & calling a plumber to turn off the water. They cleaned up the existing water, had dehumidifiers & heaters running & were back Monday for cleanup. I was so impressed with Brie, Honor & the team at Puroclean. I hired them to complete the demo & restoration work. That they said will take approximately three months. Since they were recommended by Amica & I was impressed w/ their service already I feel confident that the following phases will go as simple & seamlessly as phase one. I had such a great experience with PuroClean. My apartment flooded due to a really bad rain storm and PuroClean was in there the day of to start assessing the situation. Chris, Sarah, and their team were back early the next morning and got to work quickly. I wasn’t able to be there throughout the process due to work but Chris and Sarah were always easy to reach and quickly responded to any questions or concerns I had. When Sarah and her team had to go back into my unit to take down walls that were damaged she kept in contact with me about what was going. Again, I couldn’t be there but when I got home everything looked great and she did such a clean and efficient job. I honestly couldn’t haven’t asked for a better team to help during a really unfortunate situation. I highly recommend them! ~ Kristal P

PuroClean was great for us! We had a plumbing/flooding issue that left one of our bedrooms in need of a total overhaul. They acted quickly to mitigate water damage and get us dried out. They also took care of all of the rebuild work. All together, we went from water logged mess to brand new beautiful space in about 3 weeks. All of the staff responds to people well. They understand that the original disaster has you stressed out, they understand that talking to the insurance company can be a pain, and they understand that your life is a bit upside down until things are fixed. At each step they are patient, kind, empathetic, and informative. Communication and scheduling was also stellar. I came home and stepped into over four inches of water in my finished basement. The water tank let go. After calling the fire department I called my insurance company and they recommended Puroclean. They were here the very next morning. They are like miracle workers! I dealt with Abby over the phone and through emails and was full of information as to how the project would go and how long the process would take. I was particularly impressed with Stefan who completed the job. With many years of experience he got the situation under control and explained that something similar happened to him some years back. Came home from our first vacation in 20 years in Ireland to find my washing had failed and ruined our kitchen hard wood floors and walls and contents in the basement. PuroClean arrived the day after our call and met with the adjustor. They immediately went to work to dry our damaged home, conducted flood cuts on the wall and installed multiple dehumidifiers and air movers. The lead tech, Stefan was beyond AWESOME. In an economy were it is hard to hold onto good employees, Stefan proves that a company is only as good as the employees who have direct contact with customers, even those in a terrible situation. PuroClean was great! From the moment they came out to assess the damage, they made us feel like they truly cared about our situation and they continued to demonstrate they cared throughout the entire process. Their estimate was clear, detailed and easy to understand so we knew exactly what needed to be done. Overall, their work was very thorough and left very clean, ready for the contractor to put everything back together. Even our contractor commented on what a nice job they did. Best part, the invoice received after the work was completed was exactly the estimate we received in the beginning - nothing hidden like the horror stories we heard about other companies. Jason and his crew (Sosa, Brie ) were outstanding in our family members home. It was a very big job and they handled the entire thing professionally and with compassion. On the days I was there when my brother couldn't be there, they brought personal items to me knowing what we needed to save. They showed up on time and worked diligently at the task(s) before them. Jason always answered my questions and explained the entire process to me as well as my brother so we all were on the same page. I would highly recommend Jason and his team to anyone in the area where the company is located. My insurance provider arranged to have Puroclean address the remediation of the water damage that originated on the third floor and affected ceilings, walls and floors all the wat to the basement. Stefan from Puroclean arrived within a few hours and jumped in to clean up the water and dry out the ceilings before mold could form. He was very knowledgeable and had a full plan to minimize any damage. Not ever experencing a major water issue and not knowing what to expect from Puroclean had me very concerned about the outcome. Stefan instilled confidence in me that the clean-up and damage would be corrected to my satisfaction. He arrived at our home every day to record moisture levels and refocus efforts to areas that needed more drying. PuroClean is a one stop shop from start to finish. We had damage from an ice dam during the snow storm, our insurance company actually recommended puroclean and set up our appointment. This was our first claim so its very nerve wracking worrying about your home. They came saw what needed to be done, explained in detail what needed to be done. Stefan was the tech that came and cut the walls and ceiling, told us what he was doing, brought in an industrial dehumidifier to dry everything, when he left he said exactly what were the next steps, I was also impressed by how clean everything was when he was done. Recently used PuroClean of RI after a water pipe break flooded part of our basement. During what was a sometimes overwhelming event, everyone at PuroClean - from Stephanie who was a friendly, calming voice on the phone when we needed it, to Bri, Tom and Hunter who were quickly on-site to help, provide guidance thru the entire process, and visited each day until completion - were kind, professional, and dilligent in everthing did. Sarah and Steve performed water damage clean-up in my home in Attleboro, MA after a water pipe burst in my bathroom. We were very happy with their work and professionalism. They were hardworking, empathetic to our situation and very thorough in their clean up work, demolition of floors, gutting of our bathroom, and drying out of our carpets to salvage what they could. My wife and I were extremely happy and satisfied with all of their work. They kept us updated of all their work as it progressed and even showed up on weekends to continue with the clean-up work so that disruption to our home was minimized to the extent possible. ~ Michael L

My fiancé and I had a leak in our bedroom that caused water damage to our hardwood floor and our ceiling. Bri and Sarah showed up and saved the day! Bri & Jason are the dream team!!! I’d leave 10 stars if I could! We came home from vacation on a Sunday to find our hot water heater had let go. I called a ‘different company’ and after an hour of waiting for a callback I called PuroClean of RI. Brianna was informative and helpful and our team arrived in about an hour. (45 mins BEFORE a callback from the other company.) Bri & Jason were calming, friendly, knowledgeable and fast. Aside from the dry time, most of the work was done within a couple of days. Bri and Adrion just left here and they were fabulous! Called ahead to let us know they were on their way, super pleasant, patient, and helpful! They explained everything and definitely made the plumber's job much more obvious! They were referred through insurance so we never met before, but we will call them (and request them specifically) for any future needs and you should too! I’ve known the owner cris for a long time and never thought I would need his services when our basement flooded I called him immediately and he sent a team out right away, Jason and Kai helped us out in a very stressful situation. When our basement flooded we were overwhelmed with what to do. They came in and drained the basement and handled our personal belongings very professionally. The experience with PuroClean was extremely smooth and seamless. We needed help with mold mitigation and water damage after our basement flooded. They quickly came and assessed our situation. We worked with PuroClean following a backed up laundry drainage line flooding our apartment and damaging floors and some walls. The team was fantastic. Within 24 hours, they had assessed and cleaned the flooded area. They tore up the floorboards that needed to go, sprayed anti-microbial solution to deter mold growth, and installed drying and dehumidifying equipment to ensure drying. They communicated everything to our insurance company and ensured a quick resolution for us. We appreciate their help very much and would work with them again (though hopefully that's not necessary). ~ Daniel

Working with Stefan was so helpful! He was full of knowledge and ideas that helped me to better understand what his company can do. It didn’t feel like I was just another customer, but that he had genuinely cared about the issue and wanted to help us find the best solution! It’s very rarely these days to find a company and personnel that go above and beyond to provide excellent customer service. Waking up to a completely flooded downstairs was awful enough. Trying to figure out what to do was overwhelming. Having Holly from PuroClean knock on our door was the answer to our impending meltdown. Well-trained, patient, knowledgeable and caring, Holly took control of our disaster and made it our home again. It’s hard to put into words just what a great experience I had using PuroClean. We had a mold problem in my room and needed to get it fixed quickly. We’d never had a mold problem before and never had to put in an insurance claim before. We called PuroClean and spoke to Carl. He told us he’d take care of everything with the insurance company, something we’d been stressing about, and when he heard my mom had lung cancer and we were worried about the mold spores he immediately had some of his guys come out with air purifiers. His guys were consummate professionals, quick workers, and just all around nice people. They even put us in touch with reliable people for the wall rebuild. When our insurance company gave us problems with parts of the claim, Carl went to bat for us and helped us sort it out. I really can’t rave enough about them. I hope nothing like this happens again but if it does I will absolutely be calling PuroClean back and highly recommend everyone do the same. ~ Brit B
